JRP Associates is a RIBA Chartered Practice located in South West London. Its principal, John Perry, has many years' experience in the residential, commercial, and retail sectors of the construction industry.
A complete range of projects have been undertaken, from refurbishments, to new build, to historic buildings. During the last few years we have specialised in the residential sector completing a wide variety of projects from luxury new build developments to high quality refurbishments, both traditional and contemporary.
The Practice has a philosophy of working closely with, and listening to, the client's ideas and aspirations, we then interpret the brief, produce a concept and then create a design to deliver a project which aims to exceed expectations. We retain focus to produce a high quality solution containing innovation and sustainability on all our projects.
JRP Associates is able to offer a number of different services from feasibility studies to evaluating a project's viability to a full Architectural service including contract supervision during construction.
